Lyla Beach Villa is set in landscaped tropical gardens on the picturesque beach of Point au Sel, on the south east coast of Mahe
Architecturally designed in a contemporary style for open plan living, the Villa was completed to a high standard in 2021. Locally hand-crafted wood furniture and décor provide comfort and authenticity for a welcoming feel
The ground floor lounge features floor to ceiling and full width sliding glass doors that give magnificent beach and ocean views. This opens onto a large terrace for al fresco dining, deck with infinity swimming pool, bar and sun loungers right by the beach
On the first floor are three double en-suite bedrooms all with private balcony. The spacious main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and large balcony giving wonderful views of the sea and starry skies at night. There is also a separate chill out area with flat screen cable TV
The sea directly in front of the Villa is protected by a coral reef – ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Close by the Villa is Fairyland’s bay and promontory known for its beautiful coves set among sculptured granite boulders
Across from the Villa there is a well-stocked grocery mini supermarket. In the local village of Anse Royale, only 5 minutes away by car, you will find restaurants, shops and all the services you need.

At Lyla Beach Villa we believe in sustainable tourism. Solar energy generates hot water, rain water is recycled and there are no single use plastics. The community is supported by using hand made furniture and soft furnishing. Bathroom amenities are provided in glazed clay jars from the local Craft Village. All our staff are Seychellois!
